Payments & Refunds

We cannot collect identifiable information about you if you are just browsing our website. Your personal information is not collected or stored unless you provide it to us by typing it into the fields on our website when you create your account to complete your purchase. The information you provide is a user name (full name) and an e-mail address. We do not currently have any newsletters, so your e-mail will not be used to send you any kind of periodic informational update. It is also not possible for us to view customer passwords.

When you create an account or purchase a typeface, you must enter your e-mail address, full name, and the name of the licensee for whom use of the typeface software is intended. This information is collected to keep record of who is using our typefaces. This information is never shared or accessed unless required to check typeface usages spotted in public that seem suspicious or unlicensed. This information is stored securely. Your email address is also used to send you a receipt.

For any credit card transactions performed on this site, the name that will appear on your statement will be "César Bourgeois”. “Aeiou Tools” is the trading name of César Bourgeois, a registered French Business. Our Registered Place of Business is Route du Revermont 25, 29230 Passenans, France.

Aeiou Tools does not manage, store or have access to credit card information. Aeiou Tools uses Stripe to securely process credit card data. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We do not accept PayPal or Bitcoin.

For any international credit card payments on our site you may be charged additional transaction fees by your card issuer. Aeiou Tools has no control over these fees. We can prepare an invoice for international bank transfer. Please contact peace@aeiou.tools to discuss. For any international payments made by invoice and bank transfer you may also be charged international payment fees by your bank for the transaction. You must cover the cost of these fees.

All sales of font software are final. Sorry, but we can neither refund money nor swap incorrect font licence purchases. There is no way for us to verify that you no longer hold copies of the font software. If the font software is defective it shall be replaced by the same software if accompanied by a purchase receipt and we are notified within 10 days of purchase. If you have lost the files we recommend you to access your account via login and download the purchased order again.

At any time you have the right to request access to personal information that we have about you (full name & e-mail). You can update your account details at any time by logging into your account. We can delete your information on request, but please note this will cancel any typeface license/order you have also and you will no longer be able to download them.
